Free webinar: staying positive & growing inner strengths in turbulent times

During this free webinar recording, I share a suite of techniques that can help you dial up your resilience, energise you and inject bursts of positivity into your day.

As we come to terms with an enforced change to our normal working life, it is important to build a new sense of community and share the tools and techniques that can support us all. Our self-determination is undermined as the three core human needs – feeling in control of our destiny, being competent to deal with life challenges, and able to enjoy meaningful connections with others – are severely challenged. As shock of self-isolating and lonely reality of social distancing sets in it is vital that we focus on building the inner strengths that can help us through these dark times.

Recently I conducted an hour-long webinar on the topic of Staying Positive & Growing Inner Strengths in Turbulent Times. The webinar is part of a new series run by the professional services group, PM Forum and the recording is now available for anyone to view.

During the webinar, I share a suite of techniques that can help you dial up your resilience, energise you and inject bursts of positivity into your day. In particular, I explore:

1. How to cope with the natural fears that arise during a turbulent time

2. Ways of dealing with excessive rumination and overthinking

3. Share practices that can grow the inner strengths we need to thrive

The 300 global participants voted on a top issue that they faced. Then I focused the second half of the webinar on strategies to deal with this. The top issue turned out to be:”I’d like to learn how to relax my mind and recharge my energy so that I feel more capable of coping.”
